The Company has a dividend payment policy to shareholders at a rate of approximated 50% of net profits after taxes and statutory reserves, including other reserves (if any).

However, the resolution of the Board of Directors that agreed to pay the dividend must be approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders except for interim dividends, which the Board of Directors has the authority to approve and report to the General Meeting of Shareholders at the next meeting.

However, such dividend payment shall not exceed the accumulated profit as shown in the Company's separate financial statements and shall be in accordance with applicable laws.
